Novotel London Greenwich

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were happy with our room which was well equipped, the location was very convenient, everything was almost perfect. We particularly wanted to have a room which had a safe in it. Our room had a safe so we were happy.

Novotel Greenwich is a good hotel with all modern amenities. The location is one train stop away from London Bridge via Deptford. However, our plans were disrupted due to a railway strike during our visit. Nonetheless, the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of London, and personally, I prefer the suburbs over the busy city center. The adjacent area is calm and quiet, and there are grocery shops conveniently located near the hotel. The railway station and bus stop are just a half-minute walk away. The hotel offers a proper English breakfast buffet that is highly recommended and worth trying at least once. The food is delicious. The restaurant and front office executives, along with other staff members, are polite and helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Location fabulous. Lots of cafés and pubs/ restaurants and shops nearby and short distance to train station and pier to get to Central London. Lots to see and do in Greenwich and hotel is lovely. Hotel has very nice interior and entrance (didn't use other facilities so cannot comment). Family room bit on the small size but clean and adequate for how long we stayed. Also I let the hotel know in advance it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely cake and anniversary card in our room on arrival - a lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

Very good Hotel, the staff was very friendly always focus on help us. Excelent facilities and room with a lot of comfy pillows, bathroom full equiped, towels, etc. Breaksfast was excellent with nice options and service very good. Hotel is close to DLR station connecting to London bridge in 12 min and surrondings areas with lot of restaurants and Pubs. Good option to stay in London. They had a present to my daugther birthday, great value point. Thanks for all.

This was my second stay here. The location is ideal, so convenient to be next to the station and also short walking distance of all sorts of lovely things to see and do in Greenwich. The reception, bar and restaurant are all beautiful. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
